       FtpClose - Close a data connection.

SYNOPSIS

PARAMETERS

       nData  A handle returned by FtpAccess().

DESCRIPTION

       Closes  the  data  connection specified by ’nData’ and frees associated
       resources.

RETURN VALUE

       Returns 1 if successful or 0 on error.
