DESCRIPTION
RkCvtRoma converts an entire src character string from Romaji to kana
by iteratively using RkMapRoma. The parameters are similar to
RkMapRoma(3), except that status is wanting.
RETURN VALUE
This function returns the byte length of the conversion result.
