       void Trf_ClearCtrlBlock
       (
            Trf_ControlBlock ctrlBlock,
            ClientData clientData
       );

PARAMETERS

       Trf_ControlBlock ctrlBlock

DESCRIPTION

       The generic io layer of tcl sometimes discards its input buffer. A

       internal state of the control structure and to discard buffered
       characters.
