   sc::GaussLegendreAngularIntegrator::GaussLegendreAngularIntegrator (const
       Ref< KeyVal > &)
       Contract a GaussLegendreAngularIntegrator from KeyVal input. This class
       is for testing, the LebedevLaikovIntegrator is preferred for normal
       use. The following parameters are read: ntheta, nphi, and Ktheta.
